Hipow Elastic Clear ET, is a transparent printing paste (water based acrylic polymer) which exhibits soft, durable film properties with excellent water and abrasion resistance and exceptional elasticity capabilities. Whether for swim suits, fitness wear or other applications Elastic Clear ET can be stretched to the limits and will resume its original position with no disfiguration and no cracking.
