Hipow Elastic White EW is a readymade paste which provides a high covering effect, on cotton, synthetics and blends alike. Due to a very high degree of elasticity Elastic White EW can be used on just about every kind of fiber and fabric; it can be utilized on any kind of garment from T-shirts to swim suits and house furnishings also such as stretch covers.
Hipow Elastic White EW can either be applied directly to the fabric to provide a solid white colour or can be blended with Hipow pigments to create complete solid colours that can be applied to even the darkest fabrics.
