Softness is the tactile sensation perceived by the consumer as he/she holds a particular product or rubs it across his/her skin. This tactile sensation is provided by a combination of several physical properties. One of the most important physical properties related to softness is the stiffness of the fabric. Stiffness, in turn, is usually considered to be directly dependent on the dry tensile strength of the fiber.
Hipow Soft CT provides the solution by unlocking the stiffness between the fibers; with a special blend of emulsifiers and silicone oil, which confers exceptional lubricity to all yarns and fabrics.
Can be added to the dye-bath along with dyestuffs or included in print pastes and emulsions
Is stable in normal conditions up to 135 ºC
Subsequent oiling of yarns processed with Hipow Soft CT produces marked improvement in performance with a reduction in faults associated with poor yarn frictional properties.
